On 01.09.2023 Placement Cell & IQAC of HARIMOHAN GHOSE COLLEGE jointly organized a Career Counselling Workshop with Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare in Smart Class Room from 1:30 pm. One speaker was there from that Foundation. He delivered a lecture on Career Opportunities. Students participated in an interactive session with the expert. 71 students from the different departments and the Teachers of the Counselling and Placement Cell were present there.

On 26.09.2023 Placement Cell & IQAC of HARIMOHAN GHOSE COLLEGE jointly organized a Caree Counselling Session with Vanik, a Caree Counselling organization in Smart Class from 1:30pm. More than 70 students participated in that Session. Two Experts from Vanik group were present there. They demonstrated how to crack competitive exams. Students of the college highly appreciated that Session. Teachers from the Placement Cell were present there.

On 11.10.2023 Placement Cell & IQAC of HARIMOHAN GHOSE COLLEGE jointly organized a Workshop with Magic Bus India, a Recruitment Agency in Smart Class Room from 2pm. More than 60 students participated in that programme. One speaker from Magic Bus India discussed with the students about the various Opportunities in placement. Teachers of the college were present there.

OBSERVATION OF STUDENTS' WEEK (2ND JANUARY - 8TH JANUARY, 2024) - CLICK HERE
On 08.01.2024 Placement Cell, NSS Unit & IQAC of HARIMOHAN GHOSE COLLEGE jointly organized a Career Counselling Workshop with Shusrut Eye Foundation ( Salt Lake ) as a programme in Student's Observation Week in smart class room from 2 p.m. Two Experts from that Foundation were present there. Nearly 60 Students joined the Session. Both speakers delivered their speech specifically on Hospital Management. The students showed great interest in that field. Teachers from Placement Cell, Programme Officer of NSS Unit were present there.

On 07. 02.2024 a Campus Interview was jointly organised by IQAC & Counselling and Placement Cell of Harimohan Ghose College in association with Analytica Food Tech Services (P) Ltd. Three experts from the Company came to the college for conducting the campus interview. Thirty one ( 31 ) pass out students from Science and Commerce streams attended the interview. The experts have preliminarily short listed some students for final screening and finally our student Adnan Jahangir is recruited in a company (SGS Khanna Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd.) as Quality Control Executive by Analytica Food Tech Services (P) Ltd. through Placement Cell.

A Career Counselling Workshop was jointly organised by IQAC & Counselling and Placement Cell of Harimohan Ghose College in association with RICE Foundation on 19th April 2024. It was conducted in the smart class room from 12:30 pm. Five members from RICE had come to the college. Amongst them, the resource person discussed elaborately about scopes and opportunities of Public sector jobs. He had also taken a special class regarding that. Almost fifty students had participated in the workshop. Principal Sir, IQAC Coordinator and teachers of the college were present on the occasion .

On 16.08.2022 Placement Cell & IQAC of HARIMOHAN GHOSE COLLEGE organized a Caree Counselling Workshop with Magic bus India, a requirement agency in smart class room from 12 noon. Mainly 5th semester students and passed out students joined the programme. Two expert from Magic bus India were present there. They delivered their lecture on career opportunities. They arranged a Test for our students and short listed some students for recruitment in deferent companies through a final screening. Among them our student Suman Chandra Dey (B.A. General) recruited in a company, named mPockket by Magic Bus India through placement cell.

A career orientation programme (by Vanik Group, a Recruitment Agency) was jointly organized by Placement Cell and IQAC of Harimohan Ghosh College on 24.08.2022 in Smart class room at 12 noon.
One Expert from Vanik Group, was present there and delivered his speech on placement opportunities. He also organized a quiz competition for the students and arranged a mock test for them. Almost 70 students joined the programme. The Principal, IQAC Co-ordinator and the Teachers from placement cell were present there

The placement cell and the IQAC of Harimohan Ghose College Jointly organized a career orientation programme by BABDHAN on 06.09.2022 in smart class room at 2.30 p.m. Once speaker from BANDHAN was present there and delivered his lecture on various job opportunities in social welfare. More than 70 students where present in that programme. Our Principal Sir (Dr. Prabir Biswas), IQAC Co-ordinator (Prof. Jayanti Mitra and the teachers from placement cell were present there.

LIFE on 09.09.2022 in smart class room at 12.30 p.m. Once Senior Manager from S.B.I.(Kalighat) was the speaker. He delivered his lecture on various job opportunities in banking sector. More than 65 students where present in that programme. The teachers from placement cell were present there.
