WDC Committee
The WDC Committee works towards creating a gender-neutral environment on campus by addressing gender-biased discrimination and harassment and takes necessary steps to address such issues. They also offer supports and guidance to female students who may be facing emotional and psychological challenges due to various factors.

Admission Committee
The Admission Committee sets and reviews the admission policies and procedures, taking into consideration the institution’s goals, and government regulations. The committee ensures that reservation policies or quotas for specific categories such as SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS are implemented as per regulations. They also handle queries raised by prospective students or their guardians via email or phone calls regarding admission and ensure transparency in communication.

Examination Committee
The Examination Committee plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth functioning of the examination process. The committee is responsible for appointing invigilators, and taking appropriate measures to maintain the security and integrity of the examination process. This includes implementing strict protocols for handling and distributing question papers, monitoring examination halls, and preventing instances of malpractice.

Purchase Committee
The Purchase Committee plays a crucial role in managing procurement activities and ensuring transparency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the purchase process. The committee develops procurement policies, and identifies procurement needs for goods, services, or equipment. The committee also identifies potential suppliers, solicits bids or proposals and after careful consideration selects the most suitable vendor. They collaborate with the finance committee for allocation of purchasing budgets and also maintain proper documentation of procurement decisions, contracts, invoices, and receipts for audit purposes.

P. F. Committee
The PF (Provident Fund) Committee has the responsibility of managing the provident fund scheme for the employees of the college. The committee enrolls employees in the provident fund scheme, manages contributions, administers withdrawals and transfers, updates records and maintains accounts, and acts as a resource for employees, providing information and guidance on various aspects of the provident fund scheme. The committee also addresses the grievances raised by employees, and organizes periodic audits and inspection of provident fund records, processes, and compliance.

Building Committee
The Building Committee is responsible for overseeing the planning, construction, maintenance, and development of physical infrastructure within the campus. The committee participates in the planning and design process for new construction projects, andmanages existing infrastructure. They play a crucial role in budgeting for construction and maintenance projects. They also evaluate contractor bids and proposals, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors, and plan for infrastructure upgrades and expansion.

Routine Committee
The Routine Committee creates and manages the academic schedule and ensures smooth functioning of routine activities. The committee allocates classrooms, laboratories, and other academic spaces to different courses as per the requirements of the timetable. They coordinate with various departments and resolve if there are conflicts or clashes in scheduling classes.

Lab Committee
The Lab Committee is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and utilization of laboratory facilities in college. The committee ensures that all laboratory facilities comply with safety regulations, institutional protocols, and ethical guidelines. They manage the procurement and inventory of equipment, instruments, chemicals, and consumables required for experiments and research in the laboratories.

Campus Development Committee
The Campus Development Committee develops long-term strategies for campus development taking into account the goals and objectives of the college. They access the current status of campus infrastructure and facilities, identify areas that need improvement or expansion. They also attempt to promote and integrate sustainable practices into campus development plans.

Canteen Committee
The canteen committee selects and evaluates the food vendor to provide quality food and beverages to the students and staff. They also ensure that the canteen follows strict hygienic practices and check the quality of the food regularly. The committee seeks feedback from students on various aspects of canteen and tries to improve the canteen experience continuously.

NSS Unit
Our college has one National Service Scheme (NSS) unit which actively carries out various activities throughout the year following the government rules and regulations. The NSS unit organizes and participates in various community service activities aimed at addressing social and environmental issues. They organize workshops and training sessions to develop the skills of volunteers. They conduct awareness campaigns, celebrate national events, organize special camps, and collaborate with NGOs and government agencies to develop partnerships and carry out joint initiatives. The NSS unit maintains records of all activities and projects undertaken by the volunteers.

Campus Publication Committee
The Campus Publication Committee is responsible for soliciting, collecting, and evaluating articles, poems, stories, and other creative works from students, faculty, and staff. ICT Committee
The ICT (Information and Communication Technology) committee manages and maintains the college’s technology infrastructure including computer lab, smart classroom, servers, networking equipment, and software systems. The committee also manages and updates the college’s website and any other online platforms used for communication and collaboration. They ensure that the content is accurate, organized, and accessible to the intended audience.

Social & Cultural Affairs Committee
The Social and Cultural Affairs Committee plans and organizes various cultural events in college to promote and celebrate cultural diversity within the college. Library Committee
The Library Committee identifies the needs and interests of the college community and plans the acquisition of books, journals, digital resources, and other materials to meet those needs. They manage the library’s budget ensuring that it is allotted wisely for the purchase of new books, subscription, and other library resources. The committee overseesthe provision of library services to the college community. The committee also explores and implements emerging technologies and digital tools that enhance the library’s services and operations.

Minority Committee
The Minority Committee advocates for the rights and interests of minority students ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are addressed. Counselling & Placement Cell
The Counselling and Placement Cell of the college plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting students in their career journeys. The cell works towards facilitating placements and internships for students by establishing connections with companies and organizations. Workshops, seminars, and training sessions are conducted for students by them. The cell also maintains a comprehensive records of students’ academic achievements, placements, and other relevant information.

ICC Committee
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) mainly focuses on addressing and resolving complaints related to sexual harassment and ensures a safe and respectful environment for all members of the college community. The committee receives complaints from students, faculty, staff regarding any instance of sexual harassment, conducts a thorough and impartial investigation, aims to resolve the issue through mediation or other alternate methods, if possible. If the investigation confirms an act of sexual harassment, the ICC recommends appropriate disciplinary action against the respondent. The ICC also maintains confidential records of all complaints, investigations, and resolutions.

Grievance Redressal Committee
The Grievance Redressal Committee addresses and resolves grievances or complaints by students, faculty, staff, or any other member of the college. The grievances include various issues such as unfair treatment, discrimination, misconduct, violations of rules and regulations within the college campus, and academic grievances such as examination-related issues, marks evaluation, grading, library, and other academic matters. The committee ensures the confidentiality of grievances and maintains proper records of all grievance-related information.
